Classical Timing Belt
The most salient features of our classical timing belts are the high quality neoprene compounds, the extremely flexible tension cords made of glass fibre and the abrasion-resistant protective fabric. A certain level of oil, heat and cold resistance are standard features of Transmission Belts. Our Belts are bench mark of industry standards.

HTD Timing Belts
The next step in high performance drives, HTD allows higher torque and speeds. We supply a large range of pulleys to suit our HTD Belts. Pulleys are available in both pilot & taper bore. Clamp plates, to suit long length belting, are also available. Special pulleys in aluminium and steel are manufactured in our own factory.

Years of experience with Optibelt ZR and Optibelt HTD belts have been applied to this new generation of belts. OMEGA timing belts set targets for synchronous power transmission and positioning drives. Complementing the Optibelt OMEGA range is the OMEGA HP (High Performance) & OMEGA HL (High Load).
The Optibelt OMEGA HP high performance timing belt was especially developed for heavily loaded, high speed drives. Improved materials and highly developed process engineering form the basis for this very high performance level.
On drives with high torque and low belt speed, Optibelt OMEGA HL timing belts surpass the capacity of Optibelt OMEGA HP by up to 15%. In addition, the design was optimised so that Optibelt OMEGA HL is much more suitable for drives with shock loading. When used for new drive designs in these types of application, Optibelt OMEGA HL achieves the highest possible functional reliability in combination with an optimum efficiency.
